These are my FAVORITE chocolate chip cookies EVER! Don't tell my kids, but I snuck 3 of them before they noticed, lol.1 1/2 c. marg.
1 c. sugar
1 c. packed brown sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
3 1/3 c. flour
1 1 /2 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
4 c. chocolate chips
Heat oven to 375. In large mixer bowl, beat margarine, sugar and brown sugar until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat until light and fluffy.
Stir together flour, baking soda and salt; gradually beat into butter mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8-10 mins or until lightly browned. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely.
Approx. 7 dozen wonderful chocolate chip cookies!
